Small apartment in a gated community
This is just a small apartment renovated to modern standards. Including walls insulation, acoustic insulation and up to code for electricity, water and heating
Living room and kitchen:
The ceiling was changed and insulation was added, and also new light fixtures to fit the new look and furniture
Kitchen and hallway
Hallway was reshaped and also sound proofed for better privacy
Sleeping room
Sleeping room also had sound proofing and thermal insolation and all the electrical installation where brought to code converting a dull space into a cozy real sleeping room
